How do I request to have an item for discussion added to the board meeting agenda?

Any member of the Association may request to have an item for discussion added to the board meeting agenda. Such requests must be received in writing to info@royba.org at least 72 hours prior to the next meeting. All requests will contain the person(s) name, email and phone number that will be addressing the board, and a brief explanation of the item to be discussed. The number of items already on the agenda and the timeliness and relevance of the topic will determine if/when the topic will be added to a meeting and the length of time allotted on the agenda.
