Note: Any player trying out for a Travel team will have a $20 Tryout Fee added to registration. This tryout fee is not refundable.

Registration Fees now include the full uniform package  for all Travel players and four indoor team practices at Pitch2Pitch for 9-14U players only. Players making travel teams should expect to incur additional expenses (~$250-$300)  for tournament fees, team apparel, USSSA dues, etc.  This additional fee varies from team-to-team depending on the number of tournaments,  team apparel,  and team events that each team chooses. 

Scholarship Opportunities

Scholarship opportunities are available for players who wish to partake in ROYBA House leagues who would otherwise be unable to participate because of financial hardship.  In special circumstances, Travel league participation will be considered. 

 

Each House league scholarship covers the current year registration fee, which includes a full uniform.  Other expenses like cleats, helmet and bat are not included.   Parents of players who receive scholarships are still required to fulfill the minimum DIBs requirement for the current season.

 

Applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.   All scholarships awarded will be confidential, and all personal information will be kept confidential.

Refund Policy for All Leagues (except Minors and 10th-12th Grade)

Any player notifying the ROYBA board of their intent to withdraw prior to the date of their league’s first tryout or evaluation will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee.  Any subsequent league tryout or evaluation does not meet the requirement as a first tryout or evaluation.

Any player notifying the ROYBA board of their intent to withdraw after the date of their league’s tryout or evaluation but before April 30th will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees, less any non-refundable fees, such as a Travel Tryout Fee.


No refunds will be given after May 1st.  

 

Refund Policy for Minors League ONLY

Any player notifying the ROYBA board of their intent to withdraw prior to receiving your team assignment will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee. 


Any player notifying the ROYBA board of their intent to withdraw after the date of receiving their team assignment but before their team's first practice will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees.


No refunds will be given after May 1st.

Any player notifying the ROYBA board of their intent to withdraw after the date of receiving their team assignment but before their team's first practice will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees.
